No, all of our quotations are provided free of charge within 7 days, and guaranteed for 30 days, unless otherwise specified.

Yes, all of our engineers are fully qualified and/or time served.

Yes, all of our employees are issued with company I.D and they wear company uniform at all times.

Our payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice, however, we do understand that this does not apply to everyone and are always willing to work with customers to make sure they receive payment terms that suit them.

A good and professional service business will come out and learn about your business services and property so they can propose a maintenance contract and service provision that matches your business and property’s needs. No business or property is the same; an older property will require more maintenance and repairs compared to a new and more modern commercial property so all of these factors need to be taken into consideration. They will ask you about the services you want including in your services with them and how they will work with you to keep your property and business running smoothly.

We will make contact to book a job within 24 hours of receiving a job request. As with all work we aim to provide a quick turnaround for the client and all the timescales are fully communicated with the client.
